Posted - Jan 23 2003 : 13:00:57 Yes, its the continuing Saga of Doc Cornell and the Wretched little Weasel.
A trial judge will now determine the extent of my crimes against this illbegotten spawn of satan. I think I mentioned that this all about an account collection but the little feces eating product of the unholy union of a sewer rat and a cockroach has counterfiled against me for $10,000 for his "pain & suffering" in small claims court. Hence the reason he got to drag it out, a trail judge must determine this one.
Its basically him getting his jollies, delaying and dragging this thing out, altho I do think that somewhere in that cramped, fetid, vaccum in his skull that he calls a brain, he actually thinks he is right.
Trust me, he is not. Have you ever met anyone with a "Howard Hughes" type disinfection/bug phobia? I did, and its him. I could go on all day about his lies, his half-truths, and fabrications, but I think that I will just get it over tomorrow in court.
I'm absolutely sure the judge will tell this guy he is WRONG and to pay up. I can only HOPE that he also slams him for wasting the courts time, my time, AND his new dentists time.
I've even been talking with his new dentist, hellofa nice guy, and he doesn't know what this guy is thinking. LOL, he told me that he has been running out of ink writing notes on this putrid, maladjusted, organism that claims to be human (my words, in case you weren't sure), because he knows that this guy is gonna turn on him eventually.
Then I'm going to ask the judge just what methods of collection are available to me since the usual (collection agency) methods have failed. I hope I get to send a frikin' sherrif into his house and take his stereo and TV.
I will post and let you guys know how it went, and hopefully it will finally be over with by tomorrow afternoon. THEN we are off to the ski hill for the weekend.
Some lessons learned;
LESSON #1.
Don't let the goodness of your heart convince you to give greasy haired, phobic weasels any second chances.
LESSON #2
refer to lesson #1 at all times

Posted - Jan 27 2003 : 14:13:28 the same thing happened to my neighbors husband. Just disappeared one day with some gal he met on the internet. Surfaced in about 6 months wanting a divorce. She cleaned his plow. :)) |

Posted - Jan 27 2003 : 08:32:03 Your story reminds me a lot of a friend's recent divorce. His, now, ex-wife met somebody from South Africa on the internet and ran off to be with him, telling everyone she was attending a friend's wedding. So, after figuring out where she'd gone to he closed all their joint bank accounts and opened new ones for himself. When the divorce went to court her story (or at least her attorney's story) was that she was on a mission to Africa to fight AIDS.
It's amazing what some people will pull. |

It was small claims court, no Lawyers involved. After talking with my legal beagle friend, creating BS is what Lawyers do best my friend. :) |

Posted - Jan 26 2003 : 20:52:16 Back from skiing, had a great time.
The first night I was extremely bummed out, after my experience in court. Then I finally shook it off and realized that I can't let stuff like that affect my time with my family.
Talked to my lawyer friend and she tried to reassure me that the reason for the Judge reserving judgement is likely that he saw thru this guys crappola and wants time to formulate a response that lets the lunatic down gently.
I hope so, I just cannot fathom any judge giving this guy ANYTHING, let alone $10,000, for pain and suffering when he never sought treatment for 8-9 monthes and then refused treatment from his new dentist when told what needed to be done.
PS- No problem with the deleted post guys. I was very choked, and needed to vent. Once it was done I felt better, and there was no need for it to be there anymore.

Nah, If you provided something for him an he isn't gonna pay, only right for you to 'take back what you did for him'. I would suggest a good multispeed drill (makita is a good line), a few standard size drill bits, pair of pliers, hammer and a couple of cold chisels. |

Judgement has been reserved. That means one more day in court to find out what the Judge decided.
I think it will go well, but it was a very traumatic experience.
2 STRONG rum and cokes have calmed me down somewhat, and I will let you guys know what happens. The Judge was the same fella I had before, and I think he sees thru the Bullcrap the bastige was saying, so I should be OK.
Going Skiing, have a good weekend guys.
