It's only worth refinancing when you are over 1 point improvement on your rate... otherwise, just say no.

Ya me too. I bought in on Microsoft this A.M. at 24. If I would have jumped on it on Friday I could have had it for 20.

with what, your good looks? ;-) no seriously, speculation helped get
us in the mess. a nice rebound for sure, but i've got to hope i see
some equity returned to my 401 before i retire.

i hope the housing market stabilizes very soon. my phone's ringing off
the hook, people wanting me to redo my fixed mortgage. i can't believe
the chutzpah of these b******s . . . .
