Posted - Feb 28 2010 : 17:50:33 i play a PS3 system with my son in co-op @ the house mostly because of no high speed internet , tried to load Army of 2 just now and got a 8001050f error , okay i says to self just get on google and do a search, ahhhhh so what did i find it seems like literally thousands of PS3s have went down today, every forum the answers still come down to one conclusion , a system wide frikin hack job ..... virus damn thing or something, check it out guys real funny that this many PS3 s go down like this , most of us it has reset the date to like 12/31/99 or something , if anyone has the real scoop would you let me know eh?, now i dont think anyone else has really went out on a limb and cried frikin hack job , but im telling you they got a MOD!!!!!! |

I have to say that after having the Red Ring of Death on my Xbox360 already, I don't think I will buy another console again if this PS3 things is as bad as it sounds. |

The company also revealed that online multiplayer for PlayStation 3 games could be affected, as users "may encounter some difficulty while signing in to PSN."
The PlayStation Network maintenance was slated to kick off at 8am PDT / 11am EDT and "could last for several hours," Sony's Patrick Seybold wrote on the PlayStation.Blog.
Update: "The PlayStation Network is fully back online," Sony's official PlayStation Twitter account has declared. "Thank you for your patience!"
