APB has an open beta that is free for now, If you like GTA you might like this hybrid MMO/FPS.

Don't know if I'd pay for it but it's a fun cops and robbers game that pretty entertaining.

I'm playing because it's free right now and it's helping hone my FPS skills for BF3.

I'm not to keen on the "pay to win" concept" but there are enough us cheap skates out there to have fun with.

What I do like about it is the constant action and the high speed chases in town, I swear I feel like I'm in a movie sometimes.

The customization of the characters and your vehicles is pretty good too. You can spray graffiti on walls that everyone can see.

I'll have to post some screenies of my toon and the "Anti crime van" sometime.

I have played a few rounds of it and it's interesting and would be a lot of fun playing with people you know htat have basicly the same guns. However it's a big learning curve and you will have a very short lifespan trying to go up against other playres that have paid for their guns as they are twice as good as the free ones.
