Hey guys. Got a new one that's not on the radar yet. Indulge me for a sec because I'm trying to help the developers out by spreading the word.

I was just wondering if any of you have heard about a game called City States: Stone to Steel. It’s a new game from Goblinz that’s been in development since 1999 and it’s going to be HUGE. On the surface, it may appear like just another city builder where you direct the people through means of government and resource mangement, but Goblinz describes it as and "evolutoinary strategy" game. You start with a tribe of nomads and can end up with a huge peaceful civilization, warlike clan, conglomerate of scientists and educators, religious fanatics, or a combination of all of them. The choice is yours! You can have an effect on the people with assassinations, espioniage, religious and moral edicts and the people will respond accordingly. They can govern themselves with a senate or you can proclaim yourself a god and rule with a holy fist! Add to running the people the element of warfare where the armies are completely customizable, from the weapons combinations and fighting tactics to the uniforms themselves. Open field combat, siege warfare, archers, cavalry, footmen, fun for the whole family!

Goblinz is a tiny company that’s been working on this for years, so I’m certain this will be more than your average RTS; it’s going to be "evolutionary"!
