Lets get as many folks as possible on Win2k MW4 Server. The goal is to get enough pickup folks to reach the 24 player limit. I would like to get everyones feedback on server performance and any latency issues (lag). |

Posted - Nov 21 2002 : 11:31:37  My bad Pace. The issue is that I put limits on the max players per team. Due to most maps supporting only 2 drop zones and a 16 player limit that means that there was a max of 2 lances (8 players) per DZ or team. I did not upgrade the .nfm files to reflect the increase in max # of players. On the maps that support multiple teams there would have been not problem.
I have now updated the .nfm files to reflect a max of 12 players per team on 2 team maps and 8 for > 2 team maps. |

Posted - Nov 21 2002 : 03:50:34 hey Arcane i just basically camped out last nite on the server, only 1 time did i notice any lag, when i went after the lettle mechs ( fleas etc... ) i did not notice as much lag as i have on other servers, #1 issue ... no more than 20 people could ever get in the game we had 20 in the game and i went to change mechs i waited for 10 minutes untill some poor guy got out to change mechs befor i got in ,, would you check the settings to see if you missed something ?,,,, the only person that complained about the server was getting his butt rearranged evry 2 secs anywhoo |
