Some mainstream rock, some edgy stuff and also power balads.
A well rouded album.

Posted - Dec 30 2008 : 16:22:04 I used to like heavy metal but hurt my back and went to lite stuff. As you get older you can't carry to much heavy stuff. :o) |

Posted - Dec 30 2008 : 15:04:23 I have most of the Nickleback albums and I have to say they've all been excellent buys. I'm normally into a lot heavier stuff but Nickleback's harmony, lyrics, and overall style keep bringing me back.
If you like Nickleback you might also want to try out Theory of a Deadman (signed under Nickleback's label).
For the METALHEADS check out Trivium and Killswitch engaged... mmmmm tasty metal madness! (I only wish they would sing more and dump the "shoutmo" stuff) Of course... there are few that have ever come close to Pantera... my all time favorite band (since Metallica sucks *** ever since the Black Album... buggers) |

Posted - Dec 30 2008 : 10:38:52 it's been a long time since i've listened to a well rouded album. actually, any album at all . . . haven't bought any Nickleback and have only heard what was on the radio. i'll give Darkhorse a try, would you say it's representative of Nickleback? |
