I've calculated it via a different method, and its comes out the same for almost everyone. No math, just a simple description;

"Some people like you, some hate you, most could give a crap."

Found this on their site.

Activity Bar: The onlinetime in hours multiplies with your FragRate.
Calculated: (Onlinetime * FragRate) = Activity in percent

Popularity Bar: For the popularity bar you need Score and , not so much TK's and a good FragRate.
Calculated: ((Score - TK)/500) * FragRate = Popularity in percent

Experience Bar: The experience is calculated by your total score divided through 200.
Calculated: Total Score / 200 = Experience in percent
