Trying to get on the sever and it's red. I can't get on through the internet either? We no pay our bill?

I didn't know it was down intill about 5:30 and it took awhile to get in touch with the server guy, Cujo. Goofy part was when I finally got in touch he says "yea that whole server been down all day". Well duuuuuh why did he let it stay down all day?

Anyway once he knew to restart it in only took a few minutes to get it going.
