Hi all .. IDFA Gas here
Just to keep all who use our Hard Justice server up-to-speed, we are currently working on a beta version of Allied Intent Xtended.
The mod as yet is not quite ready for release yet as there are a few c/t/d/t issues to be sorted. The dev team working hard to fix these problems, once these are fixed we hope to invite you regulars into our locked server for your opinion/input.
Thanks for your support in keeping our ranked co-op server populated, we really apreciate you all joining us.
BTW .. AIX will really shock you in what the dev team have done with the AI IQ levels, this much I can tell you .. the bots not only will lay c4 traps for you, but will go after the commander assests .. ie arti, uav and command post.

October huh? That'll be tough competition because Half Life 2: Episode 2 will be coming out, Crysis not far behind not to mention the Christmas rush of games. Oh well, an over abundance is seldom a bad thing, right? |

News update for ya ..
For those that have Hard Justice .. we now have it back up and running on the server.
Allied Intent release date will be (approx) 12 Oct 2007 (ish)
IDFA intend to have that up and running soon there after. Hopefully the dev team will have a juicy demo movie to show us soon. |

No need to worry to much .. neither of the maps require nvgoogles.
The maps look rich and plush with fantastic shading and shadows.
Reserve your own judgement on the maps till after a few try's.
kyserama produceed another intro movie the in ingame settings .. even this FAR out does EA Games and the crap they produced. I really cant wait to show you fellas. |

Mr IDFAGas, please make a Nosehair bot so that I may satisfy a perpetual craving to repeatedly annihilate this particular bot. Shoot the remains, jump up and down on its head, use extortionate amounts of C4 to dispose of the leftovers Arrrrrghhhh! then do it all over again... Hmmmmm....Night map, you may have just lost me. I can't stand the way night maps were done on BF2 Special Forces as the night vision truely sucks. I don't understand why night vision is such a problem, check out the way night vision was done on Ghost Recon to see how it really should be and this is a game that's almost 7 years old. |

Tutu's aside .. I have to say that the dev team are really pulling stops out here .. Karkand Stormfront was worked on in devlopment by two of the team for over a year. We have one or two little problems to sort out but now in beta two it look and (hint) sounds f**king sick.
We older lads will want to upgrade our spec's for this .. no no I dont mean pc spec I mean glasses what go on your eyes. Most of the maps are night/sunset/daybreak/moon/stormy or just a little meaner looking.
What will make this mod special is .. not only do I have a bot named after me but the amount of care and time that the dev's and their team at BF2SP have ploughed into this.
So Nosehair .. time to get the pinkpumps out to match your tutu (your first name is not Desmond is it?) because when this mod comes out"dance"you shall. ;) |

Keeping you botkillers uptodate with progress .. we are now on beta.2 testing Karkand map had a facelift and by god it looks mean.
Easter Isle is well ....... friggin brill but I will not spoil the surprise.
- Added Easter Island hidden map
- Added Sharqi Sunset - Modifications by Headhunter. GPO's By Ky
- Added Karkand Stormfront
- Added Gulf of Oman
- Added Zatar Wetlands II
And these are just the extras
Lads and lassies you all had better prepair those chin straps cos when this mod gets on your pc the old teeth will rattle when the chin drops and hits the desk.
I will keep you informed as and when I know more .. but it will not be too long. |

I am -5 GMT myself .. however the server runs at -1 GMT .. based in Holland.
IDFA have members in the UK (Scotland) Holland, USA and Canada. Falcon who help start the group* is now back home in Oz, so very seldom gets to join us in game.
*I say group rather than clan as we do many things away from gaming, among them are deep into machinima making. I also co-run Gamerztheatre.com.
As far as AIX is concerned .. I cant say to much as it's still early days into the test.
The Super Cobra is there for sure .. with some changes .. some you will like some you may not.
What is there for sure is the mec have a Black Shark Chopper. I mangeged to steal the bugger for a few mins, but was so in awe of the cockpit view I crashed into a tree or something.
One other nugget of info I will share as I'm sure this will stay .. some of the dials work within the planes dash .. alt is defenatly one.
New up-date soon.. meanwhile take a peek at some of the cool BF2 machinima movies on Gamerztheatre. |

Welcome Gas and thanks for a great server to play on. The OMO bot killers have enjoyed AI and HJ for months. We play everynight and consistently field 6 or more players. A couple from GMT 5 and several from GMT 6 so the timing for your server seems to net us enough players to have fun.
We just heard about AIX through your server's notices. We are psyched! I've been reading AIX forum pages and see that the mavericks are in, which we love. The tank seems to keep its sabot rounds too. Did they change the Super Cobra at all, because we LOVE that heli?
Tell us some more of the major changes if you can. Just a few major game play differences!
BTW thank you very much for allowing us to come "test" play on your locked server. We can't wait!!
