Because it is directly related to the NBT with the BF series? Course, it should be in Game Reviews tbh.

KayJay, my comment is directly related to BF Heroes vs Team Fortress 2 and nothing else. As for EA's policies: they are cheap and if there is not enough profit in the game, they will obviously cease supporting it. This game is their first step into the free + pay-go games popular in Asia and if it works, expect to see more of them. Otherwise, expect to see support for this game cease within 12 months after release. |

What does Valve have that Electronic Farts does not?
-- Games that work right after a patch is released. -- They still support their old games..
Hopefully Valve will do someting about EA riping off the TF2 idea. |

Posted - Mar 01 2008 : 00:00:33 Did EA look at TF2 and go 'wow' after seeing it rise in popularity despite the cartoon-like graphics? (Do recall there is an MMO out there, the #1 MMO, that has cartoon-like graphics) I would say: Yes. Did they desicde to follow suit and create their own version of TF2 but BF themed? Darn right.
What does EA have in their FPS that Valve does not? Vehicles and rather open maps. |
