This is basically Grand theft Auto online. I've signed up for the beta with the infamous Murder Herd since they say that have someone on the inside that will give members preference.
Seems to have the best customization for an MMO I've ever seen. The action looks fun, but I bet it lags like hell though. I'll give it shot and let you all know how it is.
