There is an e-mail with that subject line making the net at present. It is fake and contains a virus to boot. Do not open it. The IRS does not send unsolicited e-mail.

They just send unsolicited people to your door looking for money. :)

Hey, you don't like like it, get the 16th amendment repealed and don't vote for big government.

The more they spend, the more they have to take and then the more they decide they can spend over that.
