Well I guess I shouldn't be too mad... it only took me 4 hrs to get the OS to boot again. Considering that this is the server I built for us in 2006 after all the problems we had with the original I should be happy :-)

Anyway the issue was that the C drive started to run out of space and that started generating log messages which... caused the log file to grow which cause the disk to run out of more space even more quickly. It wouldn't allow me to log in or obviously run the site here... and it had no room to write to the config/software file (part of the main boot files)... soo... when the reboot time came... OS corrupted and wouldn't boot.

Long story short I had to remove the hard drive, attach to another server, get NTbackup running, find a system state backup... copy over a resent config/software... Oh yeah... I had to delete a bunch of crap that was taking up space in the first place :-)

Now then... I PLAN on getting this new thing to work and just migrate all this stuff on to a fancy new server I have. Wish me luck...

Get'r done boss.
What about when we git this new...whatever...up and running smooth, we talk about setting up a NEW flashy kinda website so that we can show the BCO boyz what COOL is!!
I'm just asking that's all.
(not asking you either Arcane, I don't know, it feels kinda like you've done enough).
Is there a web type guy that could take off with what Smelly did way back on oldmenonline.com perhaps?

Shucks, it's just one I drag out once in awhile to gross people out. Did I mention that I extracted two upper wisdom teeth yesterday in under 3 minutes and I did it with my fingers?
