Some of you know that I play some RPG games, in particular I play NWN over with the DW. Since the mod they had been using, 5 Realms, blew up after the release of the SoU expansion, they have been looking for a new mod.

They are also looking to make a RIFTS mod called Dimen. If any of you are interested, they are looking for help. Also, it is overall cheaper playing NWN persistant worlds than MMORPGs even when you make server donations.

LOL
Role Playing Games are RPG's too.
btw
Bifocal, i served @ 1996 in lebanon, an armor corpse, on a patton tank (made in use, so i guess it's a tank you might hsave seen in vietnam)
Our tank got hit twice by RPGs, Luckily no one got hurt (two times while i was not on the tank), Though i got hit once by an RPG, which is NeverWinter nights, can't get up since then.

btw
Neverwinter nights is an RPG (the latter case) which actually revives and simulates classic "Dungeon And Drugeons" game on a PC. To be specific it's based on the 3rd edition rules set of D&D. The game was released with it's own toolset, allowing players to create more modules, (which are worlds, adventures and so on), Making the game the most extensive and playable.

Give it a try....

I will give it a try here in the near future.

My hat off to you for serveing your country. I want to one day come to your country and visit. That has been a dream for almost 20 years now. I have had friends that have moved back there in the past 10 years to be closer to their families.

We did work with the armor about 5 times most of the times we were just hunting the NVA (North Viet. Army) I spent my whole tour in the field. Got wounded 3 times but none so bad I missed more than 2 days lol. Landed in VeitNam on February 11, 1969 my birthday and left 1 year later on my birthday.

War is the most awful thing we can be involved in and I hate it but understand that it is going to happen. I just don't know how your people have been able to keep from whiping out those who have been bombing (suicide bombings). I see pictures and it hurts me. They don't know who they are messing with. Your army has defeated so many
other armies and will again if provoked. Any way back to the game,
I will be giveing it a try. Sounds like a game I could get engrossed in.

Moshav Yad Hashmonah - stayed there in '95 when I visited Israel. If I could have stayed I would have.

Anyways... I've been very absorbed with NWN as of late. Been playing with the Drunken Warriors on their new persistent world: Lands of Amnestria. You need both expansions and the downloadable hak pack to play. Quite fun and challenging.

The forum for the Persistent World

The hak pak you want to DL (see the forum for other tid bits as well).

Lands of Amnestria is challenging, growing, and well supported by the developer (Mr-Furious aka: Hasselhoff). It is very tough at first, but overall, it is worth playing.

Oh, I should add this: I have two logins: Petrified-OMO and Ressev.

Look for any character with the last name Bravarda and you will see me.
