I like the first one better - the font on the second (or maybe the text effect) is too hard to read. Oh, and didn't you spell "griefer" wrong?

LOL! Yeah, I would certainly say the 1st one is nice. But in terms of capturing the character look, obviously a pic from the game fits the bill. The Font DOES need work however.
If you could get the artist from the first one to do a treatment of Grifter...
