I was on my favorite website, RushLimbaugh.com and tried watching some streaming video and audio. This is what I keep getting............

You have encountered the following error while using Windows Media Player:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Error# C00D10B3

Windows Media Player cannot play this file.
Windows Media Player cannot find the file. Items in Media Library are links to digital media files that are stored on your computer, a network drive, a removable storage card, an Internet server, or another location.

This error message usually indicates the link from an item in Media Library to its associated digital media file is broken. Links can be broken for one of the following reasons:

A link to a temporary file from the Internet cache (a file from the Temporary Internet Files folder, for example) was added to Media Library and that file was later deleted.
A link to a digital media file was added to Media Library and the file was later deleted.
To repair a link
Do one of the following:

If you deleted or moved the file, replace it to its original location.
If you moved the file, right-click the item in Media Library, click Error Details, and then enter the new location of the file.
To delete a link
Do one of the following:

Right-click the item in Media Library, click Error Details, and then select the Remove file from media library check box.
Right-click the item in Media Library, and then click Delete from Library.

I have no idea what link or file it's talking about. I went to their help site, but was no help at all. Can anyone put this into english for me? It's Windows Media Player 9 and I havean't deleted, updated or added anything to my comp. Just came up. However, I don't think I've tried any streaming anything since I updated to WM 9. Any help would be appreciated

Well, I tried using the radio station in WM9 and couldn't even use it. Somethings screwy. Should I uninstall it and try reinstalling it? I'm real dumb when it comes to this kinda stuff.

well....after a couple hours reading and trying different things, I still couldn't get it to work. I went in to delete it and it rolled back to the previous version. Now everthing works. However, it's funny. When I played music on the 9, it sure was a lot clearer and pure. Hmmmm. Just don't know what to do.

I am also kinda dumb when it comes to that kind of stuff. I have found that throwing the computer against the wall does not help- just for your information.

Rush has a website? Cool, I think he is the funniest comedian. There is no way anyone could be serious when they say the things he does, so he must be a comedian, or a moron. :) He may have mellowed with age since the last time I forced myself to listen to him, but somehow I doubt it. LMAO I was especially amused by the way he tries to make people look like ignorant worms if they have even the slightest difference of opinion with him.

Lord, help me to be the person my psychiatrist medicates me to be.

hmmm.......it's apparent you DON'T listen to him Bluehair. I know for a fact if there's someone that doesn't agree with him he goes out of his way to let them make a complete fool of themselves without being able to backup what they say or think. lol

LOL - Hey where are Aged's comments (he is a REAL BIG DittoHead)

Just ask him -

Novus Ordo Seclorum

Knowledge is power... has been since time eternal. Arcane knowledge is thereby ultimate power and can
therefore lead to ultimate corruption. Wisdom (and the experience that comes with age) is a serum for corruption.
Perhaps that is why there are so many Old Men with Arcane knowledge and so few young ones...

I thought Aged was an anti-Ditto Head.

"The (Democratic) Party seeks power entirely for its own sake. We are not interested in the good of others; we are interested solely in power. Not wealth or luxury or long life or happiness: only power, pure power. ... We know that no one ever seizes power with the intention of relinquishing it. Power is not a means, it is an end. One does not establish a dictatorship in order to safeguard a revolution; one makes the revolution in order to establish the dictatorship. The object of persecution is persecution. The object of torture is torture. The object of power is power. Now do you begin to understand me?" --George Orwell, "1984" - And if you have not figured that out by now with Obama in office, there is no hope.
