I was banned tonight from "Team Wonderful"'s server.
the only thing I can figure is I killed the guy, flying...something, three times in a row. He was red to me and I never got a team kill point against me, so it must be he was a wuss that couldn't handle getting smoked by someone. Was pretty bad the way he would walk out in the open the same way everytime and just present himself as a target.
I can't find their website to go complain about it, so if anyone knows what it is, please post it. Pisses me off getting banned just because someone can't take fair kills.

I wasn't spawn camping. It was MY flag I was defending. He was coming from the next flag over via the same route each time.
I might just have to attack Hive's kd for that one, Bugger. 
Oh, and yes, I finished downloading CoV. Except that I then accidently downloaded the CoH test patch back over the top of it and now I'm trying to download the CoV patch a 2nd time and can't get a decent (or any) connection most times. I'm going to be at 3.5 gigs of downloads before I'm done. ack.

When I was first kicked it said kicked. When I tried to log back in about 5 minutes later it said banned. Don't know.

Sounds like you are changing your story. Not sure we can trust you. Maybe you should join Festus in the OGO. 
Just kidding. Oh, and be very careful with the DL for CoV, as you discovered, it is very easy to overwrite with the CoH test server - but how you did is a mystery to me. However, they are pretty close in code now, so you may not suffer to much. Oh, and you will want to log into CoH and into a character to start a 1.5gig DL which is the new art for Issue 6 (which coincides with CoV's release on Oct31st). Yeah, 1.5gig. It will not start until you log out of a character from CoH.

Some kicks are as short as a minute, some as I have seen were 30 minutes or more. I would check back today and see if you are able to join.
