I've also got a good Daytona setup, but I'm not going to share it with you. The sort of speeds possible with it would be more than a Chevy could handle.

It might if your laptop has a 3D accelerator, but I wouldn't count on it. And I wouldn't want to be on the track with you if you're driving with your keyboard.

3 races last nite, aged im sitting with a 1 rating already on teh SP tracks, i took and ran the bob stanleys setup with some changes for my driving style, i found that when i was running by my self i could catch the other cars , that was running alone,, HEARTBURN !!!!!!!!!! come on dude , are ya on the road? when ya going to be back?
oh aged 1 more thing , some of the arseholes that waaaas in 2002 who thought they was dale E, guess what? they cant drive worth a crap, so beware of some of the "established " drivers

I love this game! It's a big improvement over NR2002 - kind of subtle at first, but after you drive awhile it really grows on you how much has gotten better.
I had a couple of good races tonight with Pace. Unfortunately there are still quite a few jerks out there, but there's some decent people out there too.
I ran Bob Stanley's Talledega setup (which a few minor tweaks) and I definately concur with Pace's assessment - they're fast. I need to do a bit more tweaking (and practice of course) because I had some trouble with pushing on the exit of turn 2. It's probably my line.
I'm at level 1 SS (haven't run any other kinds of tracks yet) with an LPI of 45 (which incidently is how many laps I've run. ) What do you want to do next, Pace? Keep working on the LPI at the plate tracks? Or, maybe, try a track like Michigan, and start working on a speedway rating? I'm jealous of you LPI, BTW.
Oh, Roids, we're talking about NASCAR Racing 2003. Are you thinking you might give sim racing another try?

just a thought aged , if we get our LPI up , with a few more races in then a bad race cant affect our LPI near as much, when that happens then we can go ahead and race some high risks tracks,
i thought that i would start practicing some SW tracks in single player soon, hernia will getting 2003 also soon im still racing with him in 2002 if we can get these setups for dega and daytona fine tuned, as roids ,heartburn, and hernia get into 2003 , we can jump them up quick
besides i expeinced and saw that a tight 5 car draft can go high and pass every one ,, it was spooky!!
