you guys dont seem to have a spot for TBS games so was just wondering if any of you playing Galactic Civilizations 2 (http://www.galciv2.com) i thought i saw a toothless-OMO posting on the booards.

I have it. Play it a little, but I am looking forward to Space Empires V since that will have true MP.

Yeah, I posted there as OMO did play and post to the Metaverse when the first GalCiv came out.

I too am waiting for Space Empires V to come out this winter. I really hope it will not have Starforce or another harsh copy protection on it though.

GalCiv II is OK, but it but it still needs a better UI I think.

Wargamer said they would not have StarForce and since I plan to buy the game from a Store (tired on Online BS), I am hoping it won't be as problematic the way Pax was experiencing the SEIV version.
