Now I must admit that this show was on my "What NOT to see list", but after seeing the awards and accolades it recieved I'm reconsidering.

I know that given the conservative nature of these boards, and that this show might not be given the warmest reception. The christian conservative right will probably have coniptions (hold it..they already have), but they are already planning a sequel and I've decided to go see it;

Anyone else wanna go with me?

You think "awards and accolades" make something worth while?

Kinda like Jimmy Carter getting the Nobel Peace prize: it is meaningless now and does not make him any better than he was.

I guess this beats ragging on each other. Nothing like a good conservative vs. liberal issue to rally the troops. Then again, it may not be possible to find a subject where there is unversal OMO agreement other than wanting to see the Nose picture in a pink tutu.

All conservative and liberal arguments aside, I'm wondering how long Festus has been repressing this "curiosity" he has with cowboy humpin.

So, Festus, do you have an announcement to make? Or are you still trying to find the closet door nob in the dark?

I was thinking "Rose-OMO" might be a good name.

Being a conservative or liberal person shouldent have nuthin to do with how a person sees homosexuality. Its sick, nasty and I wouldent go see the damn thing if you paid me to. I know a married male couple and a married female couple, several gay men and several lesbians. Im friends with all of em and never have said a word for or against any of them before. Far as im concerned natural selection (in a perfect world) would eliminate homosexuality because the lack of reproduction would take care of it natures way. But no, it aint gonna happen. My opinion is that its just not right and gays adopting should never be allowed. Kids act by example. Extinction of that persons DNA should be the price. At the age of 5 I was giving the girls i liked flowers and hoping for a kiss...thats natural and right.
Ive tried to convert a couple of lesbians but to no avail....what a loss to never see your grandchildren. To not carry on is the end of your existance.

may this film long fester.... bring back clint and john wane. sorry i think polically correct films are a bore... good job there isn't to much with sci-fi yet. Hope the next version of HW doesn't involve me bending over and making apologies for trying to produce a future human race.
