Poll Question:
There has been much discussion in our private forums regarding including the various maps BF2 has to offer. So OMO would like to see the public interest in the newer maps along with having the normal Vanilla BF2 Maps.
Members and non-members please vote.

voted for the 1 & 4 option. SF is not bad, especially the day maps. My SF is doing nothing but collecting dust on my hard-drive.
I've liked playing EF from the beginning as well AF now. I think will start seeing more EF & AF servers now.

I am going to attempt to DL AF tonight and if I can do so I will be back playing again. I have missed you folks. House hunting and going to evening shift SUCK A$$. I will see you all around.

Its ironic in a way. We are not having the AF maps on the server at peak times because :
a. We dont want to lose regulars
b. Some OMO's don't have AF. (but who are they?)
Now I don't play on the server 'cause I like playing the AF maps.

Nosey the EF and AF maps can run in the same lineup as the standard maps. The SF maps are part of a different mod and can only run by themselves.
Fuddy we had the AF maps running last night as you probably know by now and there seems to be more interest than it was for the EF maps. The server was full by 7 or around then.

I hope to buy AF at some point in the future, however, unable to make immediate purchase. I don't expect any special concessions, if majority of OMO's want to play AF. I will try to jump in and play when running regular BF2 maps. GOOD HUNTING to everyone.

Hearburn, did you get the AF maps? I was kind of worried last night, cus I knew you posted you hadn't installed them yet. I was going to run the AF maps one time each to see how populated the server got and when the last map was running it got set to run them all again. If you can't get TS working just post about what time you are going to be playing and we can make sure the regular maps are running. Cremated doesn't have them yet either so that's at least 2 OMOs that can't play when AF maps are running.

I took Heart,s advice, and I now have A F downloaded. We went to the movies and when we arrived at the theater, I told her about buying A F and I didn't have monet for tickets. Well, that went over like a fart in church. She bought the tickets, and hasn't said two words to me for the past couple days. AAAHHH!!
The peace and quiet is almost unbearable. Great advice Heart.....THANKS

Looks like the 1 & 4 option was the most popular. The EF and AF maps are already on the server and one of the admins will have to put the SF mod on the server Sundays. So I take it if SF is running on the server on Sunday all will come on and play? Or at least hang in there until we get enough for a round.
Admins: If you come on the server Sunday and SF is not running, log into bf2cc, go to the map list, shut down the server and then change the mod, with the drop down menu above the left map list and change it to xpack. Make sure all the maps are in the right hand list save and apply, then restart server.

Yea I just read the post about the Bloody server and if it's ok with everyone, could we run the SF maps on Wednesday instead of Sunday. They are running SF on Sunday.
I thought running the AF maps at the start worked pretty good last night but we got a whole new bunch of guys. Seemed much better than the regular crowd or they have played the maps much more than we have. We did start getting better later in the night after we switched to standard BF2 maps or the "133t" players left.
Playing SF on Wednesday Yes/No?
Keep starting the evening with the AF maps Yes/No?

Is it possible to have different profiles on different evenings? I like AF but being on West Coast time I miss out on the first several maps in a given evening. Similarly, often many East Coasters need to go to bed before their favorite maps come up.

I have set it up so there are 2 profiles. 1 has all the vanilla, AF and EF maps. The other is a mix of the more popular SF maps. We always have the flexibility to go to a part of the rotation or play a certain map. If you are on TS, let someone know and ensure there is some consensus and we can switch. Unfortunately I don't think you will ever get consensus to run Daqing 10 times in a row (just a guess).... I am such a loser, I sometimes play early with the east coasters and then slum it with the west coasters.
