I hear ya hair plug. myself and the 8 others I played with last night couldn't tell if we had installed correctly.
Anyway you go to your mod file and run the .exe for eod and that SHOULD do it. I took the shortcut out of my patch 1.1 file and used that on desktop too.

The 1.1 EOD is a full version not a patch so just delete the old version and install the new one, it will self install in your BF2 Mod folder.

Do an uninstall of the old one from "add/remove programs" and that will take care of it.

OK so from what I read the install does not put a exe link on your desktop and you access it from your mods in the bf2 game.
now I need to patch it. then I will be ready to play.
I saw you on last night Nosey, and see what was up with you, didnt know if you were gone or if I wasnt transmitting

Skidi, it's easy- Go to your Windows Explorer [the one with the magnifing glass] I keep mine on my desktop and open C: / program/EA GAmes/Battlefield2/Mods/eod_1.1 amd in this folder you will find a EOD BF2 short cut. Copy and past it to your desktop and your done.

I really like this mod too. Whenever I get sick of whoring vehicles or spawning on roofs in 2142, I like to fire this game up and chill out in the bushes with a sniper rifle.

Hey guys, a few of us BCO's really love this mod too (me, Sharp, 1Shot, Sting, maybe a few others). And not sure if you know but I have been doing a few small things on the mod for the developers. My T-72 sounds will be in the next release.
We normally have been playing at either Ninjaserve or OBC. We just put up a new server running EoD 1.1 today.
Bloody Company Mod Server
IP = 66.135.46.175
Port = 18567
We plan on running EoD for a while (until FH2, Pirates2 come out) so stop on by and use it as much as you like.
