There's a whole bunch of them but Dirtbag showed me these ones.

open the coomand consoles with the ~ key:

and type the following:

/cgs_drawfps 1
-> this will show your frame rate

/cg_drawlagometer 1
-> this will show your internet connection to you ISP and the server's ISP

/com_maxfps_125
-> this will set your maximun framerate to 125.
