Instead of all the negitive attacks on each side I would like to see some intelligent meaningfull comments about why you support the person you support. I.E why do you like or support McCain instead of why you hate or don't support Obama or vice versa.

What a concept. I love it.

I know Obama is a simple man compared to the many experiences that McCain has had in his life. Non the less, I do think we are faced with a big decision in this election. Obama does in fact represent a genuine change. He's young and full of ideas. He's not connected with the "system" to the extent that an incumbent is connected. He has a way of making others energized and engaged. He is black (half). He is looking for a way of returning America from the brink of...I don't know...subservience to the Chi Comms, Iranians, the world. Let's face it, He is the better candidate. I sure would rather a real leader like Sam Nunn or Newt Gingrich had stepped up to the plate. We'll see what happens after Obama takes office. I hope he is effective. I know he's good.

Am I the only one that finds it really ironic that the "Negative Attack on Politics" got very heated and had 12 pages worth of response with ATTACK MODE posts but when asked to post something POSITIVE about the person you support there was only ONE RESPONSE. Now it would seem there is a message in there somewhere.

That is simply because there is nothing really positive to say about either candidate. Both are left facing, only one more than the other.

Obama's change is backwards looking to Carter policies and more Government control. McCain is a sap for appeasing the leftists in the name of moderation. Neither appeal to me beyond who appeals to me the least.

Reserved for future deep positive thoughts on my candidate.

(and a few jabs at the other guy)

"The (Democratic) Party seeks power entirely for its own sake. We are not interested in the good of others; we are interested solely in power. Not wealth or luxury or long life or happiness: only power, pure power. ... We know that no one ever seizes power with the intention of relinquishing it. Power is not a means, it is an end. One does not establish a dictatorship in order to safeguard a revolution; one makes the revolution in order to establish the dictatorship. The object of persecution is persecution. The object of torture is torture. The object of power is power. Now do you begin to understand me?" --George Orwell, "1984" - And if you have not figured that out by now with Obama in office, there is no hope.

What I like about McCain.

He's not a Democrat, although that is debatable.
He's not Obama.
He's not going to drive our economy into the ground.
He's not going to be soft on National security.
He's not going to tax the snot out of us.
He's not not for abortion.
He's not for slave reparations. (If you can find an original slave pay him)
He's for drilling for oil (until our cars can run on wind why the hell aren't we doing something?)
He's been in the military.
He's actually been in the Senate longer than a couple of years.

HE HAS EXPERIENCE!

As always happens in real life, you have to support the lesser of 2 evils when it comes down to it.

Ill support McCain because he is the lesser of 2 evils.

Hillary is gonna claim Edwards took votes she would have got in light of his current fix with lying about his affair/love child which would have gave her the nomination...which is not etched in stone yet....so stay tuned on that.

Never vote for anyone that wants to take from private business to redistribute the money claiming it will all come back to them later.

Cutting taxes in half across the board will shrink government and stimulate growth period. For every American. Anyone taxing windfall profits runs up the consumers cost period. Whatever the product may be. Its simple to see its just passed on to us by factoring in the cost of the tax. We cant be taxed to prosperity.

So ill vote against the tax raisers/ Marxists.

Ron Paul has the right ideas and his young following have the right ideas in their heads now. His legacy is yet to come to power, but it will in the future.

Question..Why did Utah have to call off its republican convention and have it at a latter date ?

Ill answer that then. Because so many Ron Paul supporters showed up McCain's group was outnumbered 2 to 1. And it never made the mainstream news.

The dark forces that we all know exist in our world are all working towards their end goal. And as always, people wont come together until things are undoubtedly goin to hell in a handbasket.

Right after a major disaster people change and join in concerted efforts to repair the damage and get life back to normal. Until the actual disaster people just wont take things seriously enough to even seem halfway concerned.

I have no hope of changing things. The things comming wont last forever. History is just repeating itself again. Because we just forget. The Mayans etched it in stone and left a calander so we would be ready. Thats the calander the world leaders are following without our supposed knowlege. Nostradomas wrote of it in code so he would keep his head while warning humanity of the future. His dates coincide with the Mayans calander but he never knew of its existance to my knowlege. This country has built holding areas all over the center of the country that have never been used. With razor wire turned towards the inside. Who's gonna be there later..?

Patagonia anyone? Bush bought 140,000 acres of it lately. As well as several prominent european bankers and major CEO's around the world.
