Believe it or not Gordon Ramsey came to my state and we turned him into a redneck. Check out how some of the locals around here fish...

I have heard that Rigors, I like Sturgeon it is great, but I wouldn't recommend noodling for it....
They are prehistoric fish, and are plentiful here in the Columbia, and willamette rivers

Bill Dance is a nut. Hes here in my home town several times a year fishing Kentucky Lake. He launches out of Paris Landing Marina and is seen at local places eating. Porter Waggoer and Jimmy Dickens were goose hunting here several years ago and I ran into then heading out to hunt. Hank Williams lives here too. Ive seen him way too drunk to walk with a car load of bikini models. He was crawling from his car to a rest room while I was there getting gas. I still deliver coffee to his offices. Ive had my hair cut sittin next to him a couple of times. Hes an asshole.
The lake front property here attracts lots of celebs too. Kid Rock has 2 houses here, Chuck Norris ect. Kinda like South Park....never know who you'll see. For an under 26,000 population we have a large celeb intrest for some reason.
Mostly its the fishin....and yes ive caught em by noodlin. Lots 7 to 9 pounds...many years ago.
Its nothing to catch 100 palm sized Bluegill in a day. A 7 pound bass or a stringer of Crappie. Deer season is OPEN! Blackpower is commin in a few days and bein a landowner its free!
