Here are 3 ways to look at the current situation, depending on your situation:

If you don't need the money in your 401k during the next 10 years or so, buy! There's a sale going on.

If you need that money in the next few (3 or less) years, get it out of the market before even more is taken away from you. Also, I'm sure you'll look great in a Walmart vest.

If you're somewhere in the middle, ... the answer gets waaaay more complicated. Good luck.

While gold may seem to go down, rest assured that it will hit all time highs in the near future. It was froze earlier this year to keep investors away from it. Theres a reason even if its not clear. And it is best owned in coin. That way it can be traded even in the worst case. Its always worth it weight in gold! Silver coinage is another good thing to have on hand. An old silver quarter will still buy a gallon of gas based on its silver value. While buyers are paying $1.25 for them, you know that is well below its actual value. Thats $50.00 a roll....im thinking more like $80 to $100 in the near future. And its hard to kill a coins collectors value. Or devalue its precious metal value. A roll of silver quarters was worth $210.00 in the 80's remember! I sold lots of em for $5.25 each.

Speaking of Indian, I am going to the Indian motorcycle plant to look at a Indian motorcycle. They have some sharp ones out now.

This post was not a lie and I hope it has not offended anyone.

you de-railed my post about finding an Indian Head penny!
just kidding Bif, that's a very nice ride.

i told the wife i wanted a four-wheeler, and tried
to talk her into it by saying "i can put a blade on
it and use it for a plow".

she said "no. if you want a snowblower, fine. i'd
rather we get a motorcycle."

can't wait to show her that picture, Bif!

The Indian plant is about 25 miles away from my house in south Gastonia NC. They look better in person and sit very well. I got to ride one that someone had bought and he rode mine. He liked mine and I liked his. I have a Yamaha Roadstar touring bike 1700 cc Midnight black metalflake. This is the one I have now.
