Nice ride! Life is to short to deny yourself such pleasures.

Ride safe.

Gorgeous! Keep the rubber side down, ya hear!

Sadly, I put the cover on my bike at the end of November and won't get it out again until probably April or May. Weather is just too damn nasty in my area to ride bikes year around.

Thats a sweet looking bike you got.

Hey yall, added a few items since, the main thing being the detachable sissy bar, went this route rather than saddle bags, just gonna strap my stuff to it in a leather bag.
Sissy will come off as well as the back seat for local riding. Got more things i want to do to the bike. left the Tommy gun exhaust pipes, but the mufflers are Rush's and man they sound like music. Also have picked up an Ipod so i can listen to music, or local FM radio for weather while i Ride. going to mount it to the handlebars for easy access. Also put some boot hooks on the pegs to help me just relax and not worry about my feet falling off them.
Rear fender, when the back seat comes off im having a fender bib made for me, it will be black leather with a Grim reaper. Found a really good artist to do that for me. check out his work, its just something to see.

Trying to come up with a name for my bike, going to have him stamp it into the leather as well, but im just not sure what to call my bike yet.

Yeah, we been getting a lot of snow here this year, i just pull it out after things have melted off, we had a lot of really cold temps here as well..Im beggining to think its not going to ever warm up so i can ride.
First ride this year I have planned is from here in Missouri will go to Fayetteville Ark for the Bikes, Blues and BBQ rally, from there across Oklahoma, Texas and on over to Arizona to the Grand Canyon, going to go north from there to Colorado and then turn back home. Basically im just going to ride.

I'd call it RIP as that's what would happen to me if I had one of those things...love to have one. Just too many people I know have either died, hurt themselves badly or almost killed two of my daughters...

Heartburn, Im no stranger to the road thats for sure, Started riding at 10, motocross at 14, and laid in the hospital for 2 weeks while the doctors debated taking my left leg off at the knee..Im hopefull i have that all behind me. Im am much more in tune with my surroundings these days though, i hate pain.

Pace, how ya been, its been forever bud!! yes, that is snow, been on the ground here off and on for 2 months, mostly on..im sick and tired of this Global warming crap

Just a little info from an Old Fart that has put a lot of miles on a lot of bikes.

Fact # 1. If you ride a bike for any length of time you are going to get hurt. Now that could range from a skinned knee to death. You have to weight the risk factor to the fun factor just like in any action sport.

A close friend use to get on my case about how dangerous it was for me to race Cross Country and Motocross, then one evening while sitting with a beer watching a ball game the back of his recliner broke letting him fall backwards hitting his arm with the beer on the end table and breaking it near the elbow.

I broke a few bones when I raced in competion but never had more than a sprained wrist on a street bike. One thing I know for sure is that in my case the fun factor greatly out weighted the risk factor and I never thought of quitting.

Me neither, i could die in bed, fall out a tree while hunting, have a wreck and buy it, keel over at work, or on a bike..i get the same speaches all the time from my family...my response, "If im doing what i love, well, at least it wasnt at work" hehe

So much im wanting to do to this bike, im wanting to black it out, i am not a chrome whore at all, but if it was all black with just tiny bits of chrome, that would be sweet as it can be.
