Think my best is a +250. Sniping is fun, only wish they'd limit number of snipers. Having half your team as snipers in no fun at all.

Sniping at close range with a G3 can be fairly productive when you are making good use of your movement sensors and calling in a mortar strike about 10 seconds after you set a charge to come in on the defenders as they try to defuse it.
Otherwise, more than 3 snipers is a bit of a waste as they are only looking for random kills most of the time.
