Played about an hour of BF2142 last night and i have to say its still a blast. Anyone interested? Ive been playing on the "Doorman is God" server and its seemless and smooth with newer hardware. Anyone even interested a little? All my ranking and stats still there!

Wow, I have it gathering dust somewhere, havn't played it in a long time. I am willing to reinstall it and play a few rounds. That was what we were all playing when I first joined OMO and got initated with a knife fest....those were some good times. Would love to see us old farts get back to playing a game together.
I really dont care just pick one, I have all the BF1942 series-BF2-BF2142 or the COD route with COD4 or COD5 [WAW]But to just pick one I would like to see either BF2 or BF2142.
Id have to reinstall 42 but have all the COD's. I even have BF Vienam. I did love that game. Im not sure the 42 or VN servers are still up but im sure game ranger or someone can host em..ill check out reloading them this weekend if possible. My game time will cut into installing anything till ive learned these RTS games better. i still have FPS tunnel vision to a degree. But im and up and comming German! Now for some Starcraft 2!....(the koreans are on late) after the games i replay em @ 8 or 4x to learn the build tactics. Shame we cant do it in CoH automaticly. A 45 min game will replay in 6 to 8 min. Great learning experience. Starcraft is very tough to get good in but ive won a few. Guess im gonna have to build my alien looking one off computer soon. Im stockpiling parts as i can afford em. Probably first of the year. The main point is to make it unique even if its not pretty. The radiator is from a truck trans cooler about 12x13 inches. Should fit 6 92mm fans or 4 120s. The rest is still in my mind without form and im gonna sleep on it for a hundred days or so. But i have peltiers! And Enzotech watercooling blocks! Anyone ever google your game names? you can learn much. Theres a page that puts me in the top 25 Homeworld players in the world! even i think its bs..lol. I must have impressed someone. Expect to see some old friends..

in 2142 i have a problem getting the server list to come up. but my g15 keyboard is showing them and i can join from it. sounds strange i know but thats whats goin on right now with that. Havent tried from xfire, but it will show server lists.

Its just that the server screen in my game(2142) never displays any servers...but my G15 window shows the one server. Im still pondering the problem.

All is well with 2142 now. I have it @ 1920x1080 running smooth as glass with all functions including old friend list with almost 20 OMOs showing offline.

Medi the server problem is on their end as they changed server providers and it seems they can't handle much of a load now. I've had problems several times trying to get on. The load time can be from 2 to 5 min....but I never have the patience to wait that long.
