OMFG what a day. Got pulled over for a little aggressive driving behavior (started to turn on 4 lane then stopped as I saw car approaching). So then the copper () sees I don't have the seat belt on (i was only in the car for a 2 mile trip). No biggy yet........Then I see him and his partner get out of the car after the usual background check, OH *&%$. He tells me I am driving with a suspended licence. I tell him I'm not and I can show him the receit 10 houses down from where I am pulled over. but nooooooooo the computer sez it so it must be true. So after running batteries down in cell while in the cell, I get the Freckin' record straight with the state's F'up . Well 9 hours later, bingo I'm out after posting $40 bucks for no seat belt. The worse part is my daughter missed the Avril Levine concert that she was REALLY looking forward to.

Is this lawsuit material ?

Dang those steel benches are hard to nap on.

ps: festus I was not violated at any time

Well, from my perspective have been involved in a number of law suits that cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars, MOVE ON. I became good friends for the last 20 years with my lawyer, who finaly after I got to the ripe old age of 50 has realized that you can win fighting, even if your right, done nothing wrong and have legal and binding contracts to cover ya..... Lawyers and companies can tie this stuff up in court for 10 years over thecnicalities and you have few rights.

Move on, write a bood about it, write a song about it, get yourself a prison suit and once a year talk a walk in prison garb outside the jail like you just escaped, have some fun with it, that shit can eat you up in side like cancer.

Take it from a guy who has finally learned, it's not about the small things, LIFES ABOUT THE JOURNEY NOT THE DESTINATION.
