Members only have one advantage over a regular supporter. Both can get into our server if it is full. An admin will make room. Only supporting members can Warn/Kick/Ban other players.

To become an OMO we need to know and play with you for a while and you must be at least 35.

Just keep hanging round on ventrillo and the server MONK, and at some point the guys will get 'round to an initiation. Until that time you are very welcome.

If an Admin kicked you there would have been a reason attached to the kick message. It could have been PunkBuster or just a glitch. We just up dated our control software and there are some auto features that may need adjusting. Idel time is set to 10 min I think and some words are in a list to auto warn or kick/ban. Come on back and let us know if it happens again.

As with most servers CH..youll get kicked to make room for members..since you had just joined..Im sure you probably got kicked for that since you wouldve had one of the lowest scores...Or maybe there was a lot of foul language going on, and someone was just handing it out evenly....


Realy this is a laid back bunch of guys that have a blast playing..
there are a few threads about TeamSpeak and and joining OMO in general, ..but you have to search thru the different topics, but its all here..

Hello Mike, just write an introduction. There is a link for members(new) from the home page. You can read some more info about OMO by going to www.oldmenonline.com.

Until you get to know us all better, you would be a welcome guest on our BF2 ranked server when there is 'slots' available.

As for donations, well, that would be an option for guests, but if you do feel generous after playing a few good games with the ladz, there is a paypal link on the home page (left side). Any help is always greatly appreciated.

Ok, I'm a little late in this thread and I only play ocassionally. But I would be interested in donating the 8 bucks for this. My son and I love the game, but until the cold weather rears it's ugly head my status will still be "ocassional".
Where do I go to sign up for the "clan" and where do I deposit the bucks?

This idea has been put forward a few times but I think the old guys want to misbehave on their own 'turf'. To that end the wheel has been set in motion and we should have our own ranked server up and running by this weekend.

BloodyWallStain from OTH now has a ranked server that I see many OTH and OMO brethern on. Perhaps you could simply pool your assets and support one server.
