heartburnt when you get ready to go into the game, get on bcom with me i promise i can help you through any rough spots , sometimes the wheel acts up but it stablizes , oh and u will need these setups to be able to run with us , the setup s that come with the game are stable but not NEAR fast enough, just let me know ahead of time what time u might be on at, i made a change in a chassis today and im still amazed at the speed increase

This game isn't as prone to abuse as MW4. The a-holes are bigger a-holes, but they're not in the majority at all. The good people are as solid as the ones in MW4.

And don't forget, the learning curve is rather steep.

A bit of patience and this game is incredible.

See you on the track.

Thanks, I will bring patience to the game. First look is it's a little overwhelming when you start studying the setups. Yikes!...oh well, if your gonna race and be good , thats the most important, right? I'll be patient, just be patient with me, hehee.

The most important thing is driving consistently. A good setup won't make you a better driver, but a good setup will make a good driver a better one (not that I know first hand, since I'm not a good driver). Actually the default setups aren't bad. Most times that's what I use.

Heartburnt , hte one thing that i see as the single most important issue of racin in this game is this , whether you are on the high line or the low line ,"hold your line " every thing else aside , you have to be able to hold your line, setups are a funny thing , i grew up driving sideways around the corners in the sugarcane fields and theen have a history with dirt tracks , so im comfortable driving with the backend of the car "LOOSE" or sideways, personally i call it driving with the gas pedal, especially on the small tracks

Pappy, I'm actually in Argyle, about 20 miles north of Fort Worth, just about 4 miles south of Denton. Would like to do that. Be in Phoenix the rest of this week and in Orlando all next week, and in the Carolinas the following week. We'll see what happens, heh.

Yea guys, can't wait to get it going. My daughter said its sitting on my desk in my office and wanted to install it. I told her to keep her hands off it until I get home. heh. Crap, I may have to go buy me one of those super fast, gaming laptops so I can carry the wheel around with me as I travel. heh.

I know where Argyle is, I'm actually in NE Ft Worth. Closer to being in Watagua/Keller, just south of Roanoke. We'll have to get together after you get back in town.

Ok now I'm confused. Not knowing, I thought that you guys were referring to EA Sports Nascar 2003, well to my suprise, couldn't find it on the shelves but found Sierra's Nascar 2002 and 2003.

Which Nascar are you guys playing?

Sierra's Nascar 2003.

Pappy the EA game is little better than an Arcade version, their physics engine really sucs for Simulation purists, i wish 1/3rd ppl in Sierras N2K3 would go buy EAs game :), read back to Ageds post about the learning curve in Sierras game, you can get up to sped fairly quick THEN the fun starts!!

Just make sure you drive a ford, they are the better vehicle to race around an oval track!

As long as the Fords in the game are better than the ones they put on the street.
