I execrated that day when I signed up for the sierra newsletter, but lately Homeworld 2 was mentioned in it (15. Feb 03).
"Homeworld 2 on the Horizon
Homeworld 2, the massive sequel to 1999's Game of the Year, will be making its debut this month at the Vivendi Universal Game Faire in Berlin, Germany. As a result, fans can expect to see editorial coverage from various online and print publications, following the event. Keep your eyes peeled for a full week of exclusive Homeworld 2 coverage featured on IGN starting February 24th. IGN will post interviews with the team, brand new screenshots and the very first in-depth preview of the game."
Luckily Iīm living in Berlin and hope that I can get into that Game Faire in Berlin and maybe can do some pics from Homeworld 2 presentation. OMG, it finally makes me think that we are lucky and one day will be able to hold a final release cd of HW2 in our wrinkled hands.

The Berlin thing is a "Vivendi Only" party Stud :(
Only if you work for, or are invited by, vivendi can u attend..

yea, tel them you are reviewing it for the pretigious e-zine Old Men Online... 
hey, if you really want to get in, add the word "Rich" to the front of it (make it ROMO); after all, it seems like game developers listen to money...

Ah yes, I realised today when I called Vivendi in Germany, they said the same, for companies of the Vivendi group only... letīs see if I can find a way in somehow somewhere, ROMO sounds good, I hope they will believe it

Honestly the best way to in would be to tell them you are a web admin of one of Homeworlds largest and oldest (no pun intended) clans. May not work but it would probibly be your best shot. I have seen web admins of fansites given insider prevews of games in development before. Even when nothing was officaly released to the public.
