I thought that rank only awarded to one player at a time is:
Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps.

BUT CONGRATS ON YOUR PROMOTION BUDDY!

Thanks all... congrats to you too Lavitra. I really wanted to get this before I go on vacation Friday.
Yes, I am only a lowly Master Gunnery Sergeant. But hey, I got my last two unlocks.

That's correct Dementia. Master Gunnery Sergeant is the rank you get at 50,000. If Cadaver had all his basic vehicle badges he would have made Sergeant Major. Shame on you Cadaver for not having your basic vehicle badges at 50,000 points. Even I made Sergeant Major at 50,000 :) LOL Congrats on the promo!

I once worked on a fishing boat, was an apprentice baiter.... they told me after 2 years working there I could make it to "Master-Baiter"

Catheter if you check my stats further you will see that I don't even have my Basic Ground Defense badge. All that one requires is that you find a TOW launcher somewhere out of the way, and sit there for 5 minutes while you go to the bathroom, grab a beer, etc.
I did pick up a couple of other badges this weekend... Veteran First Aid and Expert Zip Line. At some point I'll make an effort to get my Basic Knife and Basic Pistol.
With this promotion I want to start going for more of my badges and medals. The problem is, many of them you can't get from a cockpit. I think its time for a 12-step program to cure my addiction to jets...

Ha I thought that was the reason :)
I don't usually fly but I did, long enough to get the basic aviator.

Thanks to my OMO brethren who helped me achieve the following this evening, all in a single round on Kharkand:
Basic Ground Defense Badge: 5 Minutes in Ground Defense Veteran Ground Defense Badge: 10 Kills IAR in Ground Defense
and
Expert Ground Defense Badge

20 Kills IAR in Ground Defense
This was accompanied by:
Ground Defense Ribbon

3 Minutes IAR in Ground Defense 5 Kills IAR in Ground Defense
and finally, a promotion to Sergeant Major

(not Sergeant Major of the Corp, but hey, I'll take it!)
Thanks again all who were online with me tonight!

Congrats man! There was some high scoring going on last night! It's not often you finish a round with 120 points and NOT get a medal! AdmiralSPI was near 200. …and I remember killing Dementia A LOT last night, but without a working headset I couldn't taunt him!
