Hey Cool!

Thanks Aged. Hell, I might even start playing Mercs again

Novus Ordo Seclorum

Knowledge is power... has been since time eternal. Arcane knowledge is thereby ultimate power and can
therefore lead to ultimate corruption. Wisdom (and the experience that comes with age) is a serum for corruption.
Perhaps that is why there are so many Old Men with Arcane knowledge and so few young ones...

I think it would have been nice if they'd have changed some of the hardpoints too (e.g., make 4 ERPPC boats impossible and restore the Uller and Cougar Omni slots - why not if they're reducing the knock associated with RAC2's), but for the most part, it looks good.

It worked out more like die, die, die in my case.

Well the reduction in range of the PPC may reduce the amount of PopTarts that have flurished I hope so.

What about the poor little Puma (or sub) though? Will have to come that little closer then run away as fast as my little legs can carry me.

True enough Confused, but then again, your little Puma sits low enough to the ground that with Radar off, you're going to be damn hard to spot as it is.

I've only been online with the patch one night, but got quite a few good laughs with it!!!!

It's hysterical playing on an open server and watching a Gladiator, or a BK firing an Alpha of ERPPC's and then keel over smoking! What's even more funny is watching it get the crap beat out of it by everything else on the map!!!!!

I've watched 2BK's, a Glad-bag and a Sunder never recover from their Alpha's as the all were blown to bits before they started up again!!!

Personally, I've been having a lot of fun playing on NBT's forced first person, no-respawn, puretech servers. Got a nice little Thanny to play with, along with a 3UltraAC5 Thor that strips armor like you wouldn't believe! It's amazing how fast your piloting skills will improve playing in this type of environment.

Point being, that even though they could have done better, the patch is probably the most functional patch that MS/Cyberlore has released for MW since the game was initially released. At least that's my opinion.

Never argue with an idiot, they will just drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
