Just got a little better with version 1.1.1.
You can setup 10 different profiles and assign hotkeys to them.
Hotkeys work in game as well. I'm using Alt 1, 2, 3, etc.
I always forget to crank up my settings when jumping into a game, don't have to worry about that anymore.
