How about this stick?

http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/gaming/pc_gaming/joysticks/devices/291&cl=us,en

12 programmable buttons and twist for under $30.

I really want to get back into MW so please let me know if there is a better bang for the buck out there.

I have this one and LOVE IT!!!!!
Batteries last a long time and I put it away and not worry about the cords.
Love it, Love it, Love it.

I owned the corded version until it pooped out on me. Very comfortable. Wish I had another.

Also have a Saitek Cyborg Evo with twist handle. Not nearly as solid feeling as the Logi, also felt awkward after using the logitech, but ironically it has last the longest by far to my abuse.

I have the Logitech 3D Pro that the link showed. Had it 2 years and never had a problem. Spoiled me. I don't think you will find a better one for the $$$'s. That IMHO
