I installed it on my game box no issues, yet. But when I installed in on my laptop, XP professional, the icon in the system tray are no longer there and I'm not showing anything in "Network Connections" except my AT&T dialup connection. I went to Device Manager to get to properties of my network cards and it's blank. Yep nothing showing in Device Manager.

So if you haven't already installed it you might want to wait till M$ comes out with a fix for their latest update.
