I wish you Obama supporters would put down the kool aid and look at the ingredients first.
Supporting a person because solely on the basis of his skin color is ignorance to the extreme.
A man is known by the company he keeps and Obama has shady list of characters he associates with that I'm sure any of you wouldn't.
The Democrat ran congress which has lower approval numbers than bush is making a mess of things right now, I can only imagine what this congress would do if they held the executive branch as well. They voted yet again this week to not drill off our coast which would lead us away from being dependent on foreign oil. China, India and Spain are in the process to start drilling 50 miles of the coast of Florida this year why the hell can't we? Oh yeah the freaking libs in congress... Thats not paranoia thats the truth.
Oil is the life blood of our economy, everything depends upon it. Not letting us drill for it and trying tax the hell out of the people trying to give it to us doesn't solve a damn thing.
So unless you drive a car that has a sail on the roof or has solar panels hanging off the hood it might be in your best interest to vote for people that want to keep the price of oil cheap by having control of the supply instead of people who have interest of the porcupine caribu in some remote region of the US.

Nose, you must on the crack again. You are excited about the Obama craze. He has terrorist for freinds. I can't believe you have blinders on. Bush has done less than the democratic party has done as far as damage. The democrats want to give the country away. You vote and vote for who you want, but if you get him and he ruins the country I don't want to hear you cry.
As for fear, Aged, I don't fear him or anyone else. I know what I can do and I have the confidence to do what I need to to survive. Lost my fear in 1969/1970. I met my fear face to face and won.
What do you fear. When do your demons come to you. I can stand and stand proud
There are millions like me out there and we will stand together if we have to. That is the differance in me, I will stand and I will fight for my freedoms. I hear people say they will take a stand for their country and freedom and then look them in the eye and they can't look back.
LOL, I will laugh my arse off if he does make it and you see what he is.
For those who fought for it, Life and Freedom have a flavor the protected will never know.

It's going to be a great race for sure BiF. I know you have your opinions and you post'm often enough for me do not try and sway you. I tell ya what though, it is CRAZY thinking to try and act like you know what's best for me. It's all about freedom as you say. I'll vote, that's the ultimate freedom we have imho. I think McCain is a fine guy and a good leader. Who said anything about voting for Obama because he is black. I missed it. Then again I have not reviewed the whole post.

Nose, I have never tried to say what is good for you. Where do you get that. Obama is the one saying it. The fact that he wants to bring in universal health care is saying that. He is saying no one knows what is good for them and how to get health care. No one is without health care now.
I can't believe that you think I am saying I know what is best for you. You live way away and I don't know you well enough to say anything about what is best for you. I have only stated what I see is going on. You apparently see entirely something else, and that is good. You should vote and I hope you do. It is about freedom and you will see that your freedoms will be slipping away faster than they are now.
LOL, I also never said that you or anyone else is voteing for Obama because he is black. He is mixed black/white. Don't know where that came from either. I did say that he was a racist is that is for sure. Whe he refers to us as the whites that should tell you something. You smokeing crack again???

LOL, Heartburn, Glad you mentioned that. If Bush or any republican passes gas the Democratic party and the media jump on the band wagon contiming them. But it is alright for them to do anything.
You can sling mud on any republican but don't say a word about obama or his wife (she talks to much anyway). They take what is said and cuts it to pieces and if they can we can.

So true but "NOT" Supporting a person because solely on the basis of his skin color is not only ignorant but Un-American and totally reprehensible.
I can find several reasons to vote against Obama with the main one being he supports abortion and he also suppports giving drivers licence to illegal aliens, and dances around some other questions like what he considers gun control. But when I hear stupid statements like "He's Muslim" and "IF theres a War with Muslim nations he would support them over the USA" ect,ect.ect really pisses me off.

It is better to be pissed off than on. LOL. I could care less for the color of the man. He lies and the least experienced of all. As for being muslim, he did attend a school and it was muslim. He was sworn in on the koran. If he was a christian why would he not use the bible. He said he would not wear the flag pin on his chest but now does. He is wishy washy and I just don't trust him.
Matter fact, I find it hard to trust anyone in politics anymore. Getting to where we should take the country back and start over with the original constitution. No need for ammendments or what ever.

Biff, he wasn't sworn in on the koran, it's rumor. Expired, there are Dems that won't support McCain because he is white and thats the only reason, so it cuts both ways. There are a number of Blacks that I would support if they'd only run. I have a major crush on condi rice, she's freaking hot and smarter than any of the fools in Washington, too smart to run for office apparently.

The school in question is in Indonesia. The student body was predominantly muslim - not surprising since the population of Indonesia is predominantly muslim.

I just disagree with the policies he has espoused and his paper thin resume. I agree that the crap about his being sworn in on the Koran and fear of his name is stupid. Actually, I have a feeling of pride in my country that he is a presidential candidate, it does say something about how far we have come in 40 years....But I still don't want him to be president....But then again McCain doesn't exactly make me swoon.

It is not actually the fact that he is wearing the flag or not it is what he said he would do. He said he would not to appease the right but now does. The heck with the pin (I wear on and proud to) it is what he says he will and will not do and dose the other. He flip flops to much and never answers a question. I do not like what he is about and that is not the color, the heck with the koran, He has no experiance. That is it in a nutshell.

Bif, think about it this way, does it make you less of an American/Veteran if you decided not to wear a pin..........I THINK NOT. I wear my wedding ring 99% of the time but when I take it off I'm still married......I know because the wife told me so.

I understand what you are saying Expired, I am saying that he says one thing and does another. He has done that all along. He is wishy washy and just a dip in my honest opinion. He has done nothing while in politics. The worst record in the democratic party. His friends are shady and alot are racist. I am not just looking at the pin but trying to see the whole picture.
As for not wearing the pin does not make you un american, I know alot of people that carry the flag and are not american at all. He should show that he stands for what America is and stands for.

Obama actually thinks it's a good idea we have high gas prices http://hotair.com/archives/2008/06/11/obama-id-like-higher-gas-prices-just-not-so-quickly/, at least McCain has said we should let the states decide whether of not drilling should occur off their shores. How can someone be for the little guy and expect them to pay over $5 bucks a gallon for gas? He's in the environmentalist back pocket and he'll never agree to future oil exploration or drilling. Alternative fuels are in our future but it doesn't help us in the present.
Heartburn,being from Oklahoma I love JC watts but he is thinking about endorsing Obama
