You guys post up impressions of BF3. I don't really think any of the games play like BF2 and I played CoD 4&5 and now BFBC2 but the spawn points are not realistic to me. I hate when you are spawning in the same area as the enemy, take 2 steps and get killed from the enemy that spawns behind ya. :(
Spawning in CoD is a nightmare if you are playing Team Death Match or FFA. It is a bit more controlled when you play goal based matches like CTF and Demolition, but it can still get hairy. The spawn points in the BF series tend to be better than COD, in my opinion. Of course, that also makes them easier to camp since the spawn points are more predictable.
I like BF3. I think it will be fun to play and a good game for a year or so. The upcoming CoD game, like CoD4, has no servers, so expect it to stink when it comes to playing. CoD5 was good due to having dedicated servers.
