So I think I should update my BIOS ( I know it's not the newest version) but from what I'm reading it sounds kinda "heavy". I also want to get the OCing done right and safely. Anybody interested in a little hand holding.
ASUS P8Z68-VPRO
i5-2500K CPU
8 GB Corsair Vengence (CMZ8GX3M2A16OOC9)
Corsair 80H radiator
Crucial 128GB SSD
XFX 6870 1GB
Windows 7 64bit pro

And thanks in advance,
Nose

Rule of thumb....if your not having problems, leave bios alone.

I really like the new Asus Bios. Using the AI Suite II Auto Tuning "Fast button gave an immediate boost to 4.3Ghz and using the "Extreme" button it got to 4.7Ghz where I stopped it. I'm pretty sure it would hit 5.0Ghz with lots of manual tweaking but why go to that trouble as 4.7Ghz is plenty fast for me.

Always take your Med's
