I've been looking for a group to play BF2 (and some other games if possible) for quite some time. I actually bought BF2 as a replacement fix for Ghost Recon. I used to play and ladder with a group called the War Dancers. They were alot like your gang.

I had just about given up on finding a group that had a gaming style like mine when I found your server. The teamwork, built in squads, commander, etc... are what attracted me to the game and you guys really seem to be utilizing it. I had the most fun when I was on the side the majority of you were on because even though I didn't have teamspeak running, I could see you were working together and had a plan.

Plus, I got the feeling that you haven't forgotten that it is a game, and you make it fun, don't take things personal, or get stupid, and you boot those that do.

As for a little about me, I'm a Bears fan from Wisconsin (1985 Bears were the greatest team ever :) I'm 36 years old, spent 10 years in the Army (Military Intelligence, don't ask, cuz I'd have to kill you) etc... I'm not ancient, but everyone tells me I look like I'm 50 so does that count extra? Anyhoo... if it's alright, I'd sure like to logon with teamspeak and try playing with you all that way to see if I fit what you're looking for.

Hi 11, great for you to drop in on us. You are very welcome.
There are times when the server gets kinda full, but don't get discouraged. Just get onto teamspeak and one of the admins will find a place for you if there are any idle players on the server. OMO are a good group of guys we have found that there are many BF2 players just waiting for the chance to come in and kill the ol' guys. But we're starting to fight back!!!!

Has anyone actually seen Hipster? Sounds like he's got a magic mirror or he needs to see an Optometrist.

Hi 11bravo, I've only been an OMO for a short time and have found these crazy guys to be a great bunch! It'a all about fun and that's why we're here. Hope to see you in the game.

Actually the 1930's Philadelphia Eagles were the best ever.I never missed a game even though there was no "NFL Season Ticket" back in the good old days.

Come on, you all have to admit, the superbowl shuffle was the best... Especially considering that it came out before they even went to the superbowl. Speaking of teamspeak though... I tried did get online one night, but I couldn't hear anyone talking except for one other guy who had a U by his name in the client. Not too familiar with teamspeak so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong there, any suggestions (be nice now).

U means unregistered, and leaves you stuck in the lobby. A member would have to drag you to the BF2 section. After you join as U you have to re-register. If you need more help hollar back!
