Just to play devil's advocate for bit, as long as corporations pay taxes they have the right to be represented.

I know all about corporate greed, the company I work for is among the greediest. They made 13 billion net profit last year, that's after the bills are paid for and they demanded we take a cut in benefits. At the end of the day though I get a pay check from them and a pretty good one too so I look at them as a necessary evil. Govt jobs alone can't sustain the the economy.

I see your all thinking national corps and not multi national corps were board members are from other countries, I really want those guys involved in our political system that is the real danger in this decision!!!!!!

Fossil, speaking of government jobs you might like this post. The main numbers I was toying with are further down the post, but basically for every Federal Employee, you have to a certain number of people working in the private sector to pay their paycheck (and that is just for active employees - does not cover retired nor the non-employee related costs like hardware and welfare).
